JSS Law college Model United Nations Club, 2017


 In a significant first-time initiative, St. Philomena’s College (Autonomous), Mysore, organized a Model United Nations (MUN) conference in 2017. The conference focused on the pressing global issues of environmental protection and climate change. The School of Law at the University of Mysore is delighted to announce the successful organization of its first edition of the International Model United Nations (MUN) Conference. The conference, held on 2nd March 2020, focused on the agenda of "Impact of cybercrimes on International Security and Human Rights" under the Disarmament & International Security Committee of the United Nations General Assembly. Participants had the opportunity to choose their countries from a country matrix, with each participant representing only one country.
